Товарищи, подскажите, не могу понять, шпиндель надо иногда продувать, или при работе подавать воздух.
Вот такое описание на англ:
To extend the lifetime of the bearing of electrical spindle, it is required to apply air seal
during the operation of electrical spindle. The air seal will form high pressure chamber
in the front end of electrical spindle bearing to avoid bearing damage due to the ingress
of cutting liquid and cutting dust into the bearing. The pressure of air seal is 1-2
barometric pressure. The air supply provides clean air via oil and water separator. The
filtering precision is 0.1um. During the operation of electrical spindle, it’s forbidden to
process by dipping the spindle head into the cooling liquid.
