ты не указываешь имя файла прошивки
sudo ./mesaflash /home/ulp/5i25/configs/hostmot2 .bit write
/home/ulp/5i25/configs/hostmot2 - это путь к папке прошивок
prob_rfx2.bit - имя файла самой прошивки
/home/ulp/5i25/configs/hostmot2/prob_rfx2.bit - полный путь к файлу прошивки
sudo ./mesaflash /home/ulp/5i25/configs/hostmot2/prob_rfx2.bit write - команда

Подключаю шпиндель к 7i77. Столкнулся с проблемой - у привода не дифференциальный вход на Uзадания. Т.е. у него всего один активный вход, а второй - земля.
The 7I77 provides six channels of +-10V analog servo interface on connector TB5.
Minimum load resistance is 2K Ohms. Normally analog servo drives use differential inputs
to avoid ground loops. Suggested wiring is shielded twisted pair with7I77 AOUTN to drive
AIN+, 7I77 GNDN (adjacent to AOUTN) to drive AIN- as the twisted pair and 7I77 GNDN
connected to the shield at the 7I77 end only. The drives common or GND signal should be
connected to the 7I77 power GND with a separate wire.
Типа надо чтоб дифференциальный вход был. Как подключить такой привод? Никакими перемычками он не настраивается на диф. вход((((

То, что ты процитировал относится к случаю, когда у привода дифф.вход.
В случае обычного входа этот абзац читать не надо. :)
Просто соединяй GND к земле, а AOUT к входу.

P.S. Как правило у привода входные цепи гальванически развязаны.
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...

да так и сделал, только привод постоянно ползет.
Не пойму никак, откуда Uз = Uтг.
Измерил Uтахогенератора = 0.3В. Измеряю Uзадания = 0.3В. Земля ТГ и земля Uзадания соединины.

Взял переменный резистор. Подключил его к +15В, GND и Uзадания. Все крутится и регулируется как положено(.
У меня был подобный глюк с осью подач. Там я перенастроил привод на диф вход и все заработало.
С КЕМРОСом же такое не прокатит, ибо он не перенастраивается перемычками на диф вход.

Это нормально. "Самоход" устраняется либо с помощью обратной связи по положению (сервопривод), либо настройками привода - настройкой "мёртвой зоны" (шпиндель).

принимайте новичка :)
пока нет ни плат, ни энкодеров, только 6Р13Ф3-37 с ящиком приводов без силового трансформатора, решил на виртуальной машине запустить поглазеть, что оно за зверь такой, ЛинуксЦНЦ
в общем тупик какой-то:

если нет плат , а посмотреть хочется ,что за зверь - то и запускай готовые конфигурации:
или через меню
или в терминале набираешь
linuxcnc
и в появившемся окошке выбери ,ну к примеру,"свою" 3-х осевую машину...
тут же ( окне) поставь галку - "создать кнопку на рабочем столе" ...
все будет "ездить" ,только без станка :)

не нравится мне строчка

может без платы оно не хочет работать ? или на виртуальной машине работать не хочет ?
другие конфигурации не выбирал, хочется виртуально покрутить тот станок, который будет в реале (почти 1:1 как у ТС)

косвенно говорит о том , что драйвер работает ;)

когда то на форуме всплывала идея создать компонент именно на твой случай...
большого смысла это не имеет - потому наверно и не родился))

кстати , если бы запустилась , то все равно все "ездило" бы так же как в конф. из примеров...

Для попробовать - запускай LinuxCNC и выбирай конфигурации для симулятора (sim).
А когда будет оборудование (хотя бы драйвера) можно будет уже пробовать.

Кто ни будь сталкивался со следующей проблемой:
Станок 6р13ф3, привода кемрон, платы 5i25+7i77, hal и ini с большой благодарностью взял у Lexx из этой ветки http://www.cnc-club.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1500, при включении платы в работу (т.е. при включении F2) на пинах 1 и 2 появляются напряжение: drv0 - 49 mA, drv1 - 45 mA, drv2 - 79 mA (сигнал на движение при этом не подается).
Изменения параметров ПИД не приводят к изменению данных значений.
При подключении приводов с двигателями - двигатели начинают немного ползти и система выдает ошибку.
Систему сам не конфигурировал, т.к. hal и ini были взяты от такого же станка с такими же энкодерами.
Подскажите направление где необходимо копать? А то весь мозг уже сломал :thinking: . Или необходимо заново на данном станке с данными приводами сконфигурировать систему?
