EMC2 это бесплатное программное обеспечение для управления станками с ЧПУ при помощи обычного компьютера. EMC2 запускается на базе операционной системы Linux с поддержкой rtai ядра, которое позволяет выполнять процессы в режиме realtime. Это позволяет достичь больших скоростей и большей стабильности работы станка чем при использовании других операционных систем.

Установка EMC2 с LiveCD LinuxCNC 10.04

Этот тип установки не требует каких-либо специальных навыков и фактически повторяет обычную установку Ubuntu 10.04. Также Вы можете запустить EMC2 с диска не устанавливая его на компьютер.
Загрузить LiveCD можно официального сайта: http://www.linuxcnc.org/index.php/english/download

По умолчанию устанавливается rtai ядро и EMC2.

Процедура установки:

  1. Загружаете iso образ LiveCD.
  2. Записываете его на CD, или Flash. Инструкция по записи на Flash на сайте ubuntu: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/ ... on-windows. При записи на флешку можно оставить место под пользовательские файлы, чтобы, в случае работы в режиме LiveUSB каждый раз не начинать с чистого листа.
  3. Загружаетесь с записанного CD или Flash. Выбираете русский язык.
  4. После этого Вы можете
    • Запустить EMC2 из меню Applications и попробовать его в работе (время загрузки программ может занимать большее время в режиме LiveCD, чем при запуске на установленной системе, т.к. доступ к CD медленнее доступа к HDD).
    • Установить Ubuntu 10.04 c предустановленным EMC2, запустив программу установки, ярлык которой находится на рабочем столе.

Установка EMC2 на уже установленную Ubuntu 10.04

Начиная с Ubuntu 10.04 и EMC2 2.4.4, процесс установки EMC2 и rtai ядра значительно упростился, не требует специальных знаний и занимает около 5 минут. Для установки потребуется доступ к интернет.

Процесс установки вариант 1 с использованием графического интерфейса

  • Загружаем установочный скрипт http://cnc-club.ru/forum/download/file.php?id=9035
  • Отрываем папку с сохраненным скриптом
  • Распаковываем архив
  • Нажимаем правой кнопкой мыши на файле и выбираем Свойства
  • Открываем вкладку "Права" и ставим галку в поле "Выполнение" и закрываем окно
  • Запускаем скрипт установки двойным кликом
  • Вводим пароль, по запросу
  • Ждем пока все само установится

Процесс установки вариант 2 из консоли

  • Выполняем следующую команду из консоли

    Код: Выделить всё

    wget  http://cnc-club.ru/forum/download/file.php?id=9035 -O linuxcnc-install.sh.tar.gz 
    tar xvf linuxcnc-install.sh.tar.gz 
    sh linuxcnc-install.sh
    
  • По запросу вводим пароль
  • Ждем пока все само установится
После успешной установки переходим к конфигурации LinuxCNC для вашего станка.

А зачем надо запускать machinekit, сразу-же его "ставить на паузу" и запускать второй экземпляр machinekit?..

Почему на паузу? Да он все равно вылетает чтобы с ключом запустить, чтобы меню выбора конфига пропустить

Я описываю то, что вижу (выделено): После запуска на клаве нажали Ctrl-Z и процесс с machinekit "встал на паузу", но не завершился. После этого запускается второй экземпляр уже с опцией "-l".
В итоге всё это не работает т.к. первый процесс успел занять "ресурсы" и перестал отвечать на события, ибо на паузе. Это вполне объясняет всякие "USRMOT: ERROR: command timeout"...
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...

Тогда бы перезагрузка помогала бы. Он же пишет, что "bad return value from emcTrajSetAxes". Хрен поймешь, а выше пишет, что таймаут. Еще раз пробую запустить.

В исходниках вот эту проверку не проходит. Может из-за того, что joint не задан для motmod.

Разобрался я с проблемой, pncconf лишний пробел ставит куда не нужно. Методом тыка это выяснилось, пипец.
Теперь новая проблема, хочу разные экраны попробовать, на sim они грузятся, а на реальной плате только дефолтовый стартует. Там что HAL переписывать нужно под каждый экран?

Пробел визард вставил перед [TRAJ]AXES

Неправильно:

парпорт - это ведь номер lpt-порта, так? тогда да, есть конечно..
командой dmseg получил:

Гуглить про работу драйвера Linux и совместимость с LinuxCNC до просветления. Помнится это уже несколько лет как в FAQ есть.
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...

Если не затруднит, расскажите более подробно, про работу какого именно "драйвера Linux" гуглить-то? lpt-порта? и FAQ я смотрел, конкретной информации по моей проблеме там нет. Может есть еще какой-то FAQ есть? Одним словом, прошу Вас дать несколько более понятные рекомендации

приветствую всех. В связи с недавними проблемами с материнкой (и не одной) купил новую, тип биоса UEFI. ставиться винда выше 8 или ubunta 16.10. Скажите linux cnc работает с этой версией убунты или только с 10.4? спасибо. Первый раз столкнулся вообще с linux. Для меня как китайская грамота

Всем привет. Скачал последнюю версию linuxcnc в виде образа linuxcnc-2.7-wheezy.iso и записал всё это с помощью программки Universal USB Installer на флешку. Всё супер, грузится, emc2 работает, движки себя послушно ведут (надо поднастроить под свои параметры, потом спрошу). Но... Как теперь всё это на винт установить с флешки? Я так понял, это дело ставится на уже предустановленный линкус? Потому как при выборе установки с флешки система ругается на отсутствие какого то там CD-ROM после выбора раскладки клавиатуры.
Можно подробный мануал?

Так не пропускается. Либо отмена установки, либо начать всё заново, и так по кругу.

Ладно, сделал по другому. Поставил убунту 12.04.5, затем установил LinuxCNC по инструкции по http://linuxcnc.org/docs/2.7/html/getti ... tu_precise (в самом низу, где описана установка на убунту 12.04). При загрузке выбираю пункт 3.4-9-rtai-686-pae, всё грузится, но теперь дрова на видюху (GeForce 9600GT) не могу поставить: они, вроде, ставятся, но видюха их не видит. Хотя если выбирать при загрузке обычную убунту с обычным ядром, то всё работает замечательно.

На ядро с патчем rtai и не поставятся. Да и не нужны они.
