Шаг + серво на Pluto-P
Эта система позволяющая объединить под линух цнц управление 4 серво и 4 шаговыми двигателями.
Устройством ввода-вывода является плата на базе программируемой матрицы (http://ru.aliexpress.com/item/ALTERA-FP ... 25079.html) к нему нужен программатор (http://ru.aliexpress.com/store/product/ ... 27623.html) не реклама.
Проект сделан по следам Pluto-P путём объединения прошивок pluto servo и pluto step, а так же драйверов на стороне компьютера.
Выход управления серво двигателями осуществляется 2 сигналами ШИМ UP и Down, шаговыми Step и Dir. Цифровые входы-выходы в Hal файле доступны pluto-servo.din.00-07 и pluto-servo.dout.00-09/
Инструкция по использованию:
Скачать и установить Quartus, Web лицензии вполне достаточно.
Открыть проект в кавартусе, открыть assigments->pin planner переназначить сигналы к которым подключены ваши драйвера/энкодеры/лпт порт, либо посмотреть и подключить как уже назначено.
В моём случае lpt и драйвера подключены следующим образом:

Скомпилировать и прошить плату. Матрица должна быть прошита каждый раз после включения, либо на плате есть флэшка можно прошить её, тогда прошивка будет автоматически заливаться из флэшки. Для этого file->convert programming files далее Open conversion setup data и скармливаем output_file.cof жмём generate и в программаторе указваем файл output_file1.jic ! Важно в рабочем окне программатора поставить галочку напротив загруженного файла.
На компьютере с линукс цнц нужно обновить дравер pluto_servo.ko Для этого выполняем в папке st_se команды: 1. comp pluto_servo.comp 2. comp --compile pluto_servo.comp 3. comp --install pluto_servo.comp, для Проведения компиляции может потребоваться пакет linuxcnc-dev.
Далее запускаем линукс цнц с приложенным hal файлом, либо сделанным по тому же принципу. В нём оси x и y серво, а ось z шаговая.
Очень рекомендуется сделать опто развязку между платой EP2C5T144 и драверами/энкодерами/концевиками, или как минимум поставить последовательные резисторы ом по 200. В прошивке устранена проблема передачи данных через LPT, которая была в исходниках от автора.
И да поправят пост модераторы и люди знающие.....
Нашлась недоработка моя... у меня не используются пока входы-выходы и как выяснилось они не работали, переделанные/проверенные файлы в архиве.

У меня на модернизированной плате Pluto (EP1K30QC208 ) при повышенной подаче иногда слышны удары по приводам - я думал что это от используемых энкодеров ( 1000 имп ) , а это , возможно , из-за ошибок в коммуникации ... Нужно исправлять

У меня привода используются для обучения, так что можно сказать не используются, но одно могу сказать точно: для надёжной работы связки комп-плис нужно ставить какой-нибудь согласователь уровней, без него осциллограммы сигналов на порту очень корявые. Для отлова ошибок коммуникации нужно вести лог хотя бы значений выходящих за некоторые рамки (рассогласование и положение энкодеров). Но для этого нужно переписывать драйвер чтоб он в онлайне сохранял в оперативку и периодически, например, после остановки скидывал в файл.

Использую Pluto на станке с ШД больше года. Сбоев нет. Но! Платка Pluto воткнута прямо в разъем LPT. Достаточно было подключить шлейф-переходник длиной 15 см и связь рушилась.
Надо сказать, что проблему рассинхронизации прямое подключение не решило, пришлось дорабатывать прошивку.

У меня использована плата на базе циклона, она имеет уровни 3.3В и видимо благодаря этому на любой длине кабеля форма сигналов сильно искажена, но видимых сбоев вроде нет. А доработки прошивки по указанной ссылке уже учтены.

Есть в наличии EP2C5T144 отладочная плата и USB blaster.
На такой базе хочу собрать систему с замкнутой обратной связью.
Управление двигателями Step Dir.
Могли бы вы мне переназначить порты.

Либо распайка неверна, либо пины неправильно сконфигурированы, либо что-то с прошивкой.
Оно работает так: При старте компонента он заливает в FPGA прошивку изображая LPT портом программатор, потом дёргает ресетом - после чего FPGA должна работать согласно прошивке, а компонент по LPT связывается с ней. вот связи-то и не случилось. Возможно что и прошивка не загрузилась, процесс загрузки помнится никак не контролируется...

В оригинальной Pluto-P сигнал, идущий на 11 ногу LPT, проинвертирован транзистором. Прошивка, соответственно, сделана с учетом этого момента.

Сейчас плоховато соображаю, но попытаюсь объяснить.
Выложенный здесь "проект" подразумевает параллельное использование нескольких серво систем с замкнутым контуром на PID линукс цнц и нескольких шаговых двигателей без обратной связи по положению. Реализуется это паралельной работой 2 драверов (серво и степ/дир)
Для того что хотите получить вы придется переписывать драйвер (точнее собирать из 2-х один общий) получающий данные обратной связи и дающий задание генератору степ/дир расположенному в ФПГА. Аппаратную часть и прошивку можно оставить той же. Править нужно файлик pluto_servo.comp после чего компилировать по средствам комманд в линукс

В моём случае плата подключена к ноутбуку довольно старой версии (пень 3), у которого формат или уровни сигналов могут отличаться и проверьте распайку: данные в quartus/pin planner должны совпадать с распиновкой порта gaw.ru/html.cgi/txt/interface/centronics/index.htm в моём случае все сигнальные пины соединены напрямую и подтянуты к 3.3В на стороне ФПГА через резисторы 2.2к. Форма сигналов при этом жуткая, но система вроде работает без явных ошибок. После настройки связи обязательно проверьте её качество, для этого нужно подключить энкодер к одному из входов ФПГА и настроить монитор на этот же вход в линукс цнц. при вращении энкодера линия монитора должна плавно, без скачков подниматься/опускаться, если будут проблемы связи то положение линии будет меняться скачкообразно.
