Is there any way to change order of nodes in path? Let's say i want the first node to be exactly what i want.
I have a path i would like to start cutting frome specified point in path, is it possible?

Yep - use the node edit tool (F2)
Select desired node
Press the button which makes 2 separate nodes from 1 node. Thus you will have open path that stars and ends in the selected node.
