я не правильно делал (чайник)
вот написано:"Платы Mesa 5i25 сохраняют во внутренней памяти прошивку, поэтому при загрузке hostmot2 прошивка не указывается. Вместо этого плату можно прошить специальной утилитой.Процесс прошивки очень прост, скачиваем и распаковываем архив отсюда: http://www.cnc-box.ru/content/Mesa_5i25
архив запакован при помощи zip, поэтому права на выполнение могут не сохраниться, поэтому добавляем права на выполнение для mesaflash: chmod a+x mesaflash "
При выполнении этой операции пишет: "не возможно получить доступ к меса нет такого файла или каталога не возможно получить доступ к flash нет такого файла или каталога

таже фигня была так и не справился с этим. даже не знаю какая у меня прошивка.

потом открываешь консоль
cd и путь к директорию из архива.
потом
cd 5i25/utils/linux/
это заходим в каталог, где metaflash лежит. Кстати в консоле можно просто писать cd и нажимаешь <таб>, консоль будет дописывать возможные варианты, два раза таб - покажет все варианты.

потом
chmod a+x mesaflash - это мы меняем права файлу - разрешаем ему выполняться.

потом останется sudo ./mesaflash ../../configs/hostmot2/7i77_7i74.bit write
и все.

Кстати предварительно можешь проверить какая прошивка сейчас в плате, запусти ./mesaflash он скажет какие опции у него есть, чтобы проверить или записать прошивку.

Распаковал куда (в любое место)

Кстати предварительно можешь проверить какая прошивка сейчас в плате, запусти ./mesaflash он скажет какие опции у него есть, чтобы проверить или записать прошивку.[/quote]

там вроде есть кнопочка "выделить все"
потом копируешь (может Ctrl+Insert ,а может и обычно Ctrl+C - не помню точно ;) ),и вставляешь на форум в тег "spoiler":

Да, ошибка тут: hm2-servo7i77.hal:80: Pin 'hm2_5i25.0.7i77.0.1.analogena' does not exist

Но самое главное плата вроде нашлась, просто нету питания на второй части платы - это либо джамперами регулируется, либо отдельным питанием на отдельный разъем, только аккуратно прочитай инструкцию, если подашь дополнительное питание, то надо выключить джампер питания от 5i25 - иначе можешь спалить платы!

ЗЫ лучше не в spoiler пихать, а в

 - так можно и просмотреть в маленьком окошке и если надо развернуть, и еще отступы не убираются.

Да, в любое место, но потом ./mesaflash надо запускать в том месте куда распаковал + зайти в каталог 5i25/utils/linux/
вот это читал:

потом открываешь консоль
cd и путь к директорию из архива.
потом
cd 5i25/utils/linux/
это заходим в каталог, где metaflash лежит. Кстати в консоле можно просто писать cd и нажимаешь <таб>, консоль будет дописывать возможные варианты, два раза таб - покажет все варианты.

потом
chmod a+x mesaflash - это мы меняем права файлу - разрешаем ему выполняться.

потом останется sudo ./mesaflash ../../configs/hostmot2/7i77_7i74.bit write
и все.

Я извиняюсь за не грамотность но можно как то по подробнее или нагляднее, боюсь спалить. инструкция на английском, английский я тока с гугл-переводчиком.
У станка буду после 18 часов и отпишусь по остальным вопросам

Вроде необязательно внешнее питание 5В, а вот для полноценной работы надо подвести 8-32В на разьем если не ошибаюсь ТБ1 смотри мануал.
Не торопитесь перекидывать джамперы у меня все завелось по дефолту после подключения 12В

да ,5 вольт можно не подключать - плата может быть запитана от компа через 5и25

у меня по дефолту стояли как раз в нижнем положении (внешнее питание 5 вольт)...
вот я и писал - на плате 5и25 найти переключатели W1 и W2 и убедиться ,что они в верхнем положении...(если нет - перекинуть)
