в пост #18 файл совмещенный,там компонент вроде везде прописан thcud

ошибка после старта из-за того ,что у меня дома нет THC (самой плазмы тоже кстати нет :) )

Стало лучше.... теперь каких-то модулей не хватает

не спеши с "модулями"...
попробуй просто в терминале набрать команду

(или на крайний сл перезагрузить комп)

ты обратил внимание ,что загружаешь plasma.hal
(просто раньше он у тебя назывался 3_axis_plasma.hal)
и там начало файла было таким:

Да,переименовал, чтоб со старым работать... этот конфиг из примера. Буду перетряхивать... отвалюсь до завтра.

К сожалению "до завтра" превратилось в две недели работы без выходных... предновогоднее ралли... разрешите продолжить?
Все две недели по неско раз в день резали без контроля высоты, и радость от обладания техникой превратилось в мучения местами и потери материала и расходников.

Конфиг из поста #22 запустился, THC не работает ((

раскомментируй эту строку
#net current-vel thcud.current-vel <= motion.current-vel
у тебя активируется устройство Gкодом M3 S100
правильно?
ты не забываешь его включать?

включая шпиндель (на любые обороты) - мы активируем компонент в хал и подаем сигнал на 16-ю ногу порта(с нее я так
понимаю идет на активацию в коробочку)
а вот нужно это вашей "коробочке" или нет - я уже не знаю ;)

Ура! Заработало!!! :good:

Счастье оказывается было очень близко! :D

В целом, стало значительно лучше, но и свои проблемы появились, о которых много писали уже, это "раскачивание" Z вокруг цели, и клевок в углах. В общем есть над чем работать.

M3 - ну да, конечно им и включается плазма, через коробочку.

вот в этих строках настройки:
#HAL Motion connections - THC
#net requested-vel thcud.requested-vel <= motion.requested-vel
net current-vel thcud.current-vel <= motion.current-vel

setp thcud.requested-vel 5
setp thcud.velocity-tol 2
setp thcud.correction-vel 0.002
с ними надо будет разобраться...

motion.requested-vel - это скорость движения (без учета преопределения подачи) (верхний ползунок в Axis)
сейчас строка закомментированна ,а скорость выставлена жестко строкой
setp thcud.requested-vel 5
как оптимально - не знаю,нужно пробовать...

setp thcud.correction-vel 0.002 - это инкремент,как бы ускорение при наборе скорости и сбросе
увеличив его высота быдет компенсироваться "резче" (и наоборот)
