Сегодня мне прислали письмо, о нарушении копирайта. Прикрепленный файл оказывается нарушает копирайт документа.
"No part of this document may be reproduced, stored in a data base or retrieval system, or published, in any form or in
any way, electronically, mechanically, by print, photoprint, microfilm or any other means without prior written
permission from Barco Graphics N.V. or Barco Gerber Systems."

В письме говорится, что мы можем разместить ссылку на их сайт, где есть новый файл в открытом доступе.
Я конечно не против, но, честно говоря, для меня это странно. Когда файл висит в открытом доступе, и его нельзя опубликовать...
В фильме хакеры была классная цитата "Знания принадлежат человечеству".

К плюсу полученного письма можно отнести указание на то, что прикрепленный файл устарел более, чем на 15 лет.

Что интресно, письмо пришло на info@cnc-box.ru, а не на администраторскую почту cnc-club

И еще, нам "дали разрешение на размещение ссылки http://www.ucamco.com/downloads.php на нашем сайте"

I am sure you published this specification with the best intentions in the time. However, since then we brought out revisions of the specification, we are at version H, see http://ucamco.com/en-us/downloads.aspx. This specification is used in the design and manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards. Old versions can lead to errors and scrap in production and other damages, for which we at Ucamco will decline all responsibility. Всё правильно. В самом документе на третьей страничке английским по белому сказано, что воспроизводить ни-ни! А в открытом доступе оно лежит для общего пользования и чтоб ссылки на него давали.
