Хорош вам оффтопить уже, у нас на SPINNER TC600 при разгоне/торможении координат ногами чувствуется ударная вибрация по бетонному полу, причем удар довольно резкий... Станки 6 лет отпахали и ШВП на жизнь не жалуется. Так что вопрос нагрузок должен подкрепляться какими-то цифрами, акромя "10 это много вон яблоко Ньютону с таким ускорением падало и посмотрите где он сейчас"... Выставил автор и выставил, вопрос то в этой теме не об этом...

При стартиране на LinuxCNC , вече нямам грешки . Вече съм свързан с контролера .
При отворена програма LinuxCNC не мога да направя Latency Test .

команды, генерируемые LCNC. транслируются напрямую на пины платы, или происходит какая-то обработка на FPGA? Джиттер компьютера влияет на стабильность сигналов на пинах? Возможен ли асинхронный режим работы, без использования RT? (загрузить логику обработки команд на fpga)
к примеру, как в KFlop?

Конечно. Обновление по дефолту происходит раз в милисекунду (сервоцикл). Другое дело, что величина джиттера как правило на несколько порядков меньше сервоцикла, кто его заметит?..donvictorio писал(а):Джиттер компьютера влияет на стабильность сигналов на пинах?

Я думал, что я разобрался с платой и отложил её до запуска станка.
Сейчас начал ставить на станке датчики поиска нуля и понял что с этим вопросом не разобрался.
думал под них есть специализированный разъём.
1.) как подключить электрически датчики поиска нуля к 7i76e ( и как их прописать конфигах)?
2.) есть индуктивные датчики 24В pnp и npn, какие лучше?

хочу добавить поиск нуля (пока по Х)
Датчик подключил к TB5 pin2 (input 17)
в HAL configuration я вижу его срабатывание (input 17)
конфигурацию пишу с помощью мастера pncconf wizard
он добавляет в *.ini строчку
net home-x <= hm2_7i76e.0.gpio.017.in
но это разные вещи, wizard назначает не тот вход который я хочу
что можно сделать?
может нужно обновить конфигурацию платы 7i76e ?

7i76e состоит из двух компонентов FPGA и 7i76. Порты у которых в имени есть gpio - это порты FPGA, а тебе нужны порты 7i76.
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...
