в шпинделе есть продув конуса
как правильно им пользоваться?
при зажатом конусе воздух стравливается через пыльник подшипников
с одной стороны внутри создается избыточное давление и пыль никак не будет попадать
с другой в системе стоит лубрикатор и часть масла пойдет в шпиндель
еще интересный момент нет никакого активного охлаждения шпинделя
не воздушного не жидкостного
как правильно им пользоваться?

вчера пробовал менять интерфейсы после этого пошла ошибка
конфиг обновил из папки с резервной копией не помогло

Конфигурация 6i25 + 7i77 сделана под Linuxcnc 2.7.3
Идет модернизация токарной СТ161 (результат будет в новая тема после наладка) оси X Z
Скорост макс. поставил 70 мм/сек или 4200 мм/мин
первьйе включения показали страньйе скорости ,ощущение что в несколько раз больше
Задание по ползунок 48мм/мин на 7i77.0.1.analogout1 = 800 миливольт ,
с тахогенератора о.с. дает -3 вольт скорост на глаз возле 1500 мм.мин !!!
вот вьйчисления для Z енкодер 2500 имп./об на ШВП с шаг 10мм /об .

Не хватает знания найти проблема .Просьба к знатоки посмотрет и дадут мнение .
Идет модернизация токарной СТ161 (результат будет в новая тема после наладка) оси X Z
Скорост макс. поставил 70 мм/сек или 4200 мм/мин
первьйе включения показали страньйе скорости ,ощущение что в несколько раз больше
Задание по ползунок 48мм/мин на 7i77.0.1.analogout1 = 800 миливольт ,
с тахогенератора о.с. дает -3 вольт скорост на глаз возле 1500 мм.мин !!!
вот вьйчисления для Z енкодер 2500 имп./об на ШВП с шаг 10мм /об .

Проверено с хал метер один оборот ШВП енкодер каунтс = 10000 и Z = 10 мм .

Переделал конфиг под Linuxcnc 2.6.9 ,взял хал и ини и поставил в конфиг на
станок с Linuxcnc 2.7.3 и ...работает нормально .

Т.е. для рассчета pid.z.error берем не текущее задание pid.z.command, а то, которое было в прошлый раз.
Как влияет на работу - не знаю.

Как только получаем tool-release - переключаем mux с 5 на 0 - потом этот вывод ограничиваем по скорости и через limit2, потом сравниваем получившееся значение с интервалом (1,6) и выдаем в два сигнала. Но куда они потом идут - хз.vovafed писал(а):

Доброго вечера всем!
Помогите решить проблему- пришли новые платы-меса 7и77 и 5и25 для нового проекта.Воткнул в новый комп с дебианом(Линукс цнц 2.7.4), поставил рабочый конфиг из станка, ругается- сперва решил что с платами проблемма, но новые платы поставил на комп станка, станок нормально пашит. в чем может быть проблемма?

Может вопрос и не для данного топика, но не серчайте.
Конфигурация у меня как и у автора топика 5i25+7i77, конфигурация оч похоже (касательно настройки двигателей подач и энкодера), а проблема следующего характера: после включения питания самого станка, подачи питания на МЕСУ начинается "ползучка" у двигателей. Проверил напряжения на разъемах ТВ5 - выдает 0.3В. После включения чпу по клавише F2 - по достижению ferror - вылетает с соответствующей ошибкой. Подскажите - куда копать?
