я нашёл имя порта который мигает (верхний) (срабатывает датчик) в HAL configuration
поменял на его имя, то которое предлагал визард (нижний)
но получаю ошибку (нет такого порта или как-то так)

Скорее всего в написании ошибся. Скопипасти его имя из вкладки show или с терминала.
Я не Христос, рыбу не раздаю, но могу научить, как сделать удочку...

Сохранил файл my.halshow (хотел прикрепить но "my.halshow => Расширение halshow запрещено администратором".)
там всего одна строчка pin+hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.input-17
я поменял hm2_7i76e.0.gpio.017.in на hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.input-17

и получил сообщения об ошибках:

Правильно ругается - это не команда, а пин. Дока на HAL тебе поможет, тем более она небольшая...:)

Забавная какая-то дока... В той, что в LinuxCNC меньше ста страниц (pdf), причём больше половины из них - список и описание конкретных компонентов, изучать которые для понимания HAL не требуется.

Лично я как правило перестаю помогать тем, кто не пытается асилить хотя-бы азы - просто не понимаю почему вы не желаете приложить свои усилия на решение своей проблемы, но ждёте этого от других... :wik:

Плата 7I76e имеет коннектор ТВ2 к которому подключены выхода степ/дир.
в Pncconfig (если я правильно понял)
он описан во вкладке

так как ТВ2 не был назван своим именем но работал (я предполагаю что он описан в I/O Connector 1) то я предположил что и другие разъемы не называются своими именами как на плате 7i76е а описаны во вкладках "I/O Connector 2" "I/O Connector 3"


по аналогии я подумал, что входа НОМЕ я должен задать во вкладке

Станок фрезерует, но не совсем так, как я хочу.

Выражается это в том, что срезаются острые углы при увеличении скорости

использую параметр
G64P0.01
На станке с ШД, который работает через LPT эта УП выполняется нормально.
В координаты новый станок выходит нормально
Красная линия (отработка траектории в LinuxCNC -правильная)

Максимальные скорости перемещения по осям
Х - 18 м/мин
У - 24 м/мин
Z - 24 м/мин

В станке новые для меня компоненты:
1.) 7I76e (возможна неправильная настройка PID или допуска на отклонения от траектории (или несогласованная работа осей))
2.) сервопривод SD (китай) возможно он сглаживает рывки (острые изменение траектории) Привода настраивал специалист? но я только с ним познакомился (уровень его пока под вопросом).
3.) муфты соединяющие швп и двигатель (они могут быть слишком мягкие) менее вероятно.

при уменьшении FF появляется ошибка следования (axis joint если правильно запомнил)


энкодеры у меня не заведены на плату
для LinuxCNC мои сервопривода выглядят как шаговые двигатели (обратная связь заведена только на них)

Хочу понять связка LinuxCNC+ 7i76e+ ШД (или сервопривода без вывода ОС на компьютер) требует настройки PID (который в ini)?
или достаточно значений, которые поставил pncconfig?

Нет, В LinuxCNC в этом случае настраивать PID не требуется, здесь он из-за особенностей построения stepgen в 7i76. Настоящий PID работает в самом сервоприводе, и настраивать его надо там.

попытки настройки:
1.) поставил Р =50.0 (изменений в работе не увидел)

Сначала я поставил плюс на сообщение выше, но вспомнил, я ведь получил ошибку когда правил значение пид в ини значит возможно и Вы правы.

2.) решил просмотреть настройки приводов (после настройки "специалистом")
коэффициенты "position proportion gain" отличаются в 1,4 раза
когда поставил одинаковое значение, рисунок стал более правильным (может и совсем правильным)

Это для ускорения 800
наверно теперь попробую увеличить значение ускорения до 1000-2000
Для себя сделал выводы:
1.) некоторые параметры сервоприводов (для всех приводов в системе) должны быть достаточно одинаковыми.
2.) даже если "специалист" правильно настроит один привод - это не значит что он правильно настроит группу приводов для совместной работы.

Интересно, а встроенный RS422 возможно использовать для управления шпинделем?
По физическому уровню преобразовать rs422 в rs485 не сложно, вот только не нашёл вообще чтоб на этих платах кто-то использовал rs.

Без проблем, нужно только немного переписать прошивку и драйвер... :)

А там к этим портам приделана функция обнаружения подключений - они мешать будет.

Здравствуйте!
Станок как бы работает, и всё таки отсутствие обратной связи, заведенной в ЧПУ это большой минус (для сервоприводов).
если обрабатываю растром, то проблем нет, но если использую стратегию 3D смещение точность обработки поверхности меня не устраивает.

Появляются ребра, которых нет при обработке на станке с шд

Вопрос: возможно ли к этой плате подключить энкодеры и настроить ПИД?
или эта плата может работать только в таком режиме (степ/дир без ОС)?

ps Понятно, что проблемы уменьшатся, если идеально настроить сервопривода но пока этого не получилось.

Можно, но через 7i77 или 7i85.
а если завести сигналы с энкодера в Lcnc та это позволит улучшить точность следования заданной траектории ? ( хотя бы теоретически) :thinking: или позволит только в реальном времени контролировать реальное положение (траекторию)
