В emc2 останется той же фактически motion = emc2 не будет знать что мы подправили координату. Попробуй положи на стол что-нибудь высокое, сделай карту заново, включи компенсацию и проедься над этим же местом на расстоянии 10мм и посмотри будет ли двигаться ось Z.

Или посмотри тот пин, который непосредственно отвечает за положение оси - stepgen.2.position-cmd

Сделайте принтскрин, а то не понятно о каких именно индикаторах речь.

Прикрепил скрин. Пробовал сделать искусственную большую неровность, но компенсации все равно не происходит. В поле "Current Compensation" - нули.

Прикрепил также файл с полученными координатами, может быть в нем что-то не так. Пробовал его преобразовать в stl через скрипт probe2stl.py, он выдал файл без координат:

Разобрался с командами probe2stl и stlcorr, НО, теперь возникла другая проблема: при выполнении "probe2stl -z 6 <probe.txt | stlcorr --load" скрипт probe2stl.py конвертирует текстовый файл с координатами в файл формата stl, затем выполняется скрипт stlcorr и вылазит ошибка:

(скрипт stlcorr подправил - изменил строчку "sm = hal.shm(c,key)" на "sm = hal.shm(c,key,1000)", т.е. добавил параметр размера выделяемой shared memory, иначе выдает другую ошибку, которая говорит, что задано мало параметров у функции. Возможно это из-за того, что этот скрипт написан для старого emc2, а с выходом новой версии, которая сейчас стоит у меня, функция была переписана). Так вот не могу понять что там неправильного в этих параметрах (hal.error: Invalid argument). Причем в начале сообщение "RTAPI: ERROR: shmem size mismatch".

Если говорить о "нашей компенсации". Сдается мне, что там есть какая-то ошибка, которая не дает выполняться компенсации... Запусти linuxcnc из консоли и посмотри что туда выводит, возможно будет какая-то информация...

По идее, скрипт должен выделять память под модель для компенсации...
Ты не смотрел, что эта функция делает? Может ей надо объект сунуть, а она сама под него память вытащит..

Там по всей видимости была ошибка в файле с координатами, но что именно там не так было - не понятно.

Там в функции третий параметр типа integer, нужно было пихнуть туда объем выделенной памяти.

Разобрался с этой компенсацией. Наконец получилось поставить Probekins!
Вот последовательность действий по установке, может быть кому-нибудь пригодится:
1) Устанавливаем пакеты linux-dev и build-essential:
- Система->Администрирование->Менеджер пакетов Synaptic в строке поиска набираем "linux-dev", ставим галочку напротив найденного пакета и устанавливаем его, также поступаем и с build-essential (можно установить из консоли:

2) Скачиваем архив emc2, содержащий модуль probekins с этой страницы (прямая ссылка на zip архив) и распаковываем его, например в папку /home/cnc/tmp/emc2-dev/.

3) Редактируем скрипт /tmp/emc_src/emc/src/emc/kinematics/stlcorr.py: находим строчку "sm = hal.shm(c,key)" и заменяем ее на "sm = hal.shm(c,key,20480)".

4) Компенсируемую поверхность, содержащуюся в stl файле можно визуализировать, для этого понадобится библиотека matplotlib новой версии.
- удаляем старую библиотеку matplotlib:

- устанавливаем easy_install:

5) Устанавливаем модуль probekins.ko и необходимые скрипты:
- переходим в каталог kinematics распакованной ранее emc2:

6) Устанавливаем параметр "max locked memory" равным 20480, для этого в файле /etc/security/limits.conf прописываем строчку

7) В папке конфигурации станка открываем .hal файл, находим строчку loadrt trivkins, и вместо нее прописываем loadrt probekins size=20480.

8) Запускаем linuxcnc, теперь необходимо измерить неровности. Сделать это можно выполнив следующий код (предварительно задав в нем ширину и длину измеряемой поверхности, начальную точку, шаг измерений):

9) После того, как файл с координатами probe.txt будет создан, его необходимо преобразовать в stl формат и загрузить в память, для этого выполните команду:

Извините, что ворошу старую тему, но возник вопрос по skewkins - как заставить его работать?

Компилирую skewkins.c через sudo comp --install skewkins.c, компилируется без ошибок, появляется skewkins.ko. Также имеется готовая рабочая конфигурация станка для axis, в hal-файле меняю loadrt trivkins на loadrt skewkins. Получаю ошибку:

Почему-то не загружается кинематика.
Попробуй запустить halrun и в нем написать loadrt skewkins, посмотри, что скажет.
Проверь правильность написания skewkins может там какая-нибудь русская буква закралась.

Хммм ... только что попробовал -
все тоже самое - у меня загрузилось.

А какая версия linuxcnc у тебя стоит и как ты ее ставил?
Может надо было ставить компонент через halcomp?

Версия 2.6.1, официальный дистрибутив на базе Debian.

Я в полном замешательстве. Только что загрузился с LiveCD 2.6.1, не обновляя никакие пакеты сразу же компилирую skewkins и вот что говорит halrun:

скорее всего он что-то возвращает, но не 0 и соответственно не выполняется

Как из компонента выдать информацию в консоль или еще куда-нибудь?

Думаю в исходнике skewkins нафигачить перед каждым return отладочный мессадж. :think: Буду пробовать...

Наверняка в dmesg написана причина...

Уже смотрел, в dmesg реакции непосредственно на loadrt skewkins нет, только протокол запуска и выхода из halrun.
