Little VFD ir for coolant pump. 3 Phase 200v.
Controller will be Adtech ADT-CNC9640.

ATC is not done yet, that will be done by http://www.adtechcnc.co.uk/ guy. Just finished most of the wiring, soft limits, etc. Will try to machine round pocket later, to see how good or bad it is. So far controller looks not the easiest to set up, but good overall. Definitely far better than CSMIO.

Finally! Arduino doing the actual tool change. Adtech I/O action was too slow to deal with tool changer speed.

As i can see, you add raiser between spindle motor and the head. I just cut motor shaft with angle grinder, it was easier :)

We where trying to keep parts as stock as possible. Unfortunately had to open motor holes, as it is smaller than original one.

I need some help in finding, why holes are not coming out round. They are oval between X+ Y+ and X- Y- . The backlash is whitin 0.05mm on both axis, but 25mm comes out min.size 24.7mm, max size 25.1mm. Can it be controller, servo drive settings or anything else?

Check servo drive settings, such as position loop gain or something that sounds like that. You should increase this parameter. Or post a link to the manual for your drives, i will take a look.

Куплен у Евгения шпиндельный сервопривод Sanyo Denki. Работать будет от частотника unidrive m700. Отмыт от слоя мазутообразного чего то :hehehe: , подобран трансформатор для питания вентилятора охлаждения, отловлены каналы энкодера.

При вращении вала на одной фазе два полных периода. Метки в начале и конце - индексная метка энкодера. Можно ли сделать вывод на основании этих данных о том, что количество полюсов - шесть?
