Версия 0.3.0 доступна для скачивания. Что нового:
  • В группу Control добавлен параметр FaultResetValue, который, как понятно из названия, отвечает за сброс ошибки в частотнике. Параметр НЕ обязательный. Чтобы сбросить ошибку нужно подать TRUE на вход vfdmod.control.fault-reset.
  • Доработан PyVcp-генератор. Если параметр FaultResetValue задан, тогда в XML-панельке появится большая кнопка "FAULT RESET". В файле postgui.hal кнопка также подключается автоматически.
  • В группы Control и SpindleRpmIn добавлен параметр FunctionCode. Параметр позволяет выбрать код функции записи в регистры управления и задания частоты. Пока что поддерживается два значения: 6 (0x06) и 16 (0x10). Параметр НЕ обязательный, по умолчанию равен 0x06. В будущем в группу Control можно будет добавить коды 0x05 и 0x15, но нужны будут бета-тестеры с соответствующими частотниками.
  • Добавлено переподключение при ошибках связи, в том числе когда, например, адаптер USB-to-RS485 был физически отключен и подключен обратно. Что важно знать, переподключение работает только если адаптер возвращается в систему под своим старым (до отключения) именем. Как это сделать смотрите по ссылке: viewtopic.php?p=132443#p132443

    Как узнать какие коды ошибок надо указывать? Очень просто: запустите LinuxCNC, выдерните ваш адаптер USB-to-RS485 и посмотрите какой будет код ошибки (vfdmod.rs485.last-error), вот его и указывайте :hehehe: У меня это всегда код 5, других я не видел, но на всякий случай предусмотрел возможность вводить несколько кодов списком.

Проверил vfdmod --check всё ок

Он ругается у тебя на 6 строку файла custom.hal

Понял Спасибо ! Написал lodusr с маленькой буквы. Теперь ошибка изменилась выдает это : ./custom.hal:6: program 'vfdmod' failed, returned 255

В предыдущем сообщении вторая строчка loadusr которая с --debug вообще ошибочна. убери ее совсем.
ты даешь команду подключить модуль и даешь ключ, но не написал какой модуль собственно подключать
если хочешь с отладкой то пиши в 1 строку как в инструкции :
loadusr -W vfdmod --debug fc51.ini

Тоже склоняюсь к тому же. По уму надо включить в конфиг краткое описание каждого параметра в виде закомментированных строк. Сделаю позже.

Есть такое и причина этого известна. Компонент опрашивает состояние входного пина vfdmod.control.fault-reset в цикле чтения/записи всех остальных параметров частотника, и если а) пользовательских параметров много и/или б) скорость обмена низкая (9600 бод), тогда частота опроса пина сама по себе не высокая. Кнопка активна только пока находится в нажатом состоянии, короткого клика запросто может не хватить, поэтому нужно удерживать её нажатой до момента пока компонент не увидит логическую 1 на входе сброса ошибки.

Думаю надо вставить между выходом кнопки и входом vfdmod.control.fault-reset какой-нибудь стандартный компонент HAL с функцией задержки сигнала на 1...2 секунды. Пока не копал в эту сторону. Если кто-то знает как сделать красиво, подскажите.

Upd. Всё понятно, разобрался, для задержки идеально подойдёт oneshot.

Победил кнопку, вот рабочий пример для postgui.hal:

Теперь после короткого нажатия на кнопку pyvcp.fault-reset на входе vfdmod.control.fault-reset будет висеть TRUE в течение двух секунд.

Спасибо за обратную связь ! Всё же не получается у меня запустить этот мод :wik: . Удалил строку с Debug в custom hal. но при запуске программы выдает ошибку что файл fc51.ini не найден

тк он находится в директории Evgenii . Если я переместить или копировать этот файл fc51.ini в папку конфигурации станка то при запуске linuxcnc загорается два этих окна без основного окна программы

Версия 0.3.1 доступна для скачивания. Что нового:
  • В панельке PyVcp обычного (короткого) клика по кнопке сброса ошибки могло быть недостаточно, надо было удерживать кнопку в нажатом состоянии. Исправлено.
  • Расширен и углублен шаблон файла конфигурации, теперь там перечислены все параметры вместе с кратким описание каждого. Шаблон, если кто не знает, генерится так:

    vfdmod --new > my-config-file.ini
  • Добавлена поддержка двух кодов функций: 0x05 (write single coil) и 0x0F (write multiple coils). Соответственно, если ваш ПЧ запускается не через запись в регистры (holding registers), а через запись в биты (coils), тогда управление запуском описывается так:

    Проверить работает оно или нет я не могу, так как у меня нет подходящего частотника. Потому прошу всех желающих тестить и рапортовать о глюках в этой теме.

И делитесь своими рабочими файлами конфигурации с указанием полного наименования модели частотника, ссылки я добавлю в шапку.

В свойствах ярлыка на рабочем столе поставь галочку "Запускать в терминале" или както так называется.
При запуске будет открываться окно терминала и там будут ошибки которые можно посмотреть. На время отладки это удобно.

В окне Section Display of custom.clp => Config => modbus communication setup выбрал порт ttys0, в modbus 1/0 register setup поставил slave address 1 .
Терминал стал выдавать следующее...

Версия 0.3.2 доступна для скачивания. Что нового:
  • Пользовательские параметры теперь умеют создавать HAL пины типа "бит".
  • Добавлена поддержка кода функции 0x01 (read coils).
Рассмотрим как это работает на примерах. Скажем, есть у вас ПЧ с неким статусным регистром, отдельные биты которого работают как индикаторы того или иного состояния, и вам хочется отслеживать состояние определённого бита.

На картинке выше в частотнике Omron CIMR-V7 адрес такого регистра 0x0021. Предположим, вы хотите отлавливать превышение момента, то есть нужно следить за разрядом 10 (0x0A). Тогда этот параметр в INI описывается так:

Параметр BitMask - это битовая маска, которая логически умножается на прочитанное из регистра значение. Если результат не ноль, тогда HAL пин устанавливается в TRUE, в противном случае в FALSE. Параметр не обязательный, по умолчанию равен 0xFFFF.

В результате в HAL появится ПАРА пинов: vfdmod.parameters.torque-error и vfdmod.parameters.torque-error-not. Как понятно из названия, второй пин с приставкой -not является инверсией первого. В некоторых случаях это бывает удобно, не нужно городить инверсию при помощи сторонних компонентов.

Следующий пример. У вас есть частотник с некими битами состояния (coils), которые читаются кодом функции 0x01 (read coils). На картинке внизу для частотника Omron MX2 бит превышения момента имеет адрес 0x001A.

Тогда в INI мы запишем:

Всем доброго дня! Продолжаю мучить vfdmod снес дистрибутив wheezy, установил sretch i386 попробовал на нем, удалил. Поставил sretch amd64 (в данный момент стоит этот дистрибутив) везде создав конфиг файл проверяю vfdmod --check ....... .ini пишет ок
